2025/2026 go!passes will be available for pick up beginning October 20.
Must prepay for this option. Deliveries for 2025/2026 go!passes are anticipated to begin October 22 and 23, 2025. Remaining orders will be mailed starting October 24.

Terms and Conditions

I understand the go!pass program is a benefit offered to downtown employees only. It is my responsibility to keep track of the go!pass numbers and the employees I distribute them to.  I understand I must immediately report lost, stolen or non-returned passes from employees who are no longer employed by our organization so that getDowntown Program can deactivate those passes. Failure to abide by the go!pass policies may result in the cancellation of all the go!passes for my organization.  I have read and agree to all terms and conditions outlined on the go!pass Policies page.
