Office Hours
getDowntown maintains a regular presence at the Blake Transit Center. Please call-in advance of visiting if you’d like to meet in person to ensure a staff member is present to assist you. Due to the temporary closure of the Blake Transit Center through the end of 2026, go!pass orders will be mailed or delivered until further notice.
The office is closed New Year's Day, the day after New Year's, Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and the day after Christmas.
getDowntown Program Funding
The getDowntown Program is a partnership of Ann Arbor Area Transportation Authority (TheRide), Ann Arbor Downtown Development Authority (DDA) and the City of Ann Arbor.
TheRide houses this program within its budget and staff are employees of TheRide. The Ann Arbor DDA provides project funding as well as the financial sponsorship for the go!pass.

Downtown Commuter/Employer Surveys
The getDowntown program initiates a survey of downtown Ann Arbor commuters and employers every few years. The surveys provide information about commuting patterns and opportunities for the getDowntown program to better serve employers and employees.
