Notice of Temporary Traffic Control Plan

First Street (Ann Street to Huron Street), Saturday, Sept. 14, 2019, 7 a.m.-7 p.m.

Location and Limits of Affected Area:

First Street from Ann Street to Huron Street.

Description of Work:

As part of the DDA’s Huron Streetscape Project, First Street will be closed at Huron Street to allow the construction of underground electrical infrastructure across the intersection.

Temporary Construction Traffic Control Plan:

On Sept. 14, southbound traffic will be detoured eastbound on Ann Street to southbound on Main Street to westbound on Huron Street to First Street. Local traffic will be maintained.

Pedestrian through-traffic will be maintained on one side of the street at all times. 

For the safety of all, please reduce speeds and drive cautiously through work zone. Thank you in advance for your patience.

Description of Work:

On Sept. 14, northbound through traffic will be detoured eastbound on Huron Street to northbound on Main Street to westbound on Ann Street to Ashley Street. Local traffic will be maintained.

Pedestrian through-traffic will be maintained on one side of the street at all times.
