Beginner Friendly Bike Rides
April 13, 2008Calling new riders:
On Sundays April 13 and May 4 the club is hosting beginner-friendly C-rides from Wheeler Park to Dexter and back (22 miles).
You will be:
*closely shepherded out to Dexter and back
*learn how to "ride well with others"
*learn the benefits of riding with a bike club and see if you
want to join
*talk to an experienced leader about equipment, speed, clothing,
etc.
*meet other new riders
As with all of our rides, everyone is welcomed. We hope
some experienced club riders will join these rides and help with
the beginners.
The rides will leave the Park at 9:00 so come a few minutes early to hear any pre-ride instruction.
