go!pass Renewal Information
If you currently have go!passes and want to get the new ones before the old ones expire, please read this to understand the renewal process.getDowntown mailed go!pass renewal information to participating businesses on August 1, 2011.
Once you get your information, follow the steps below to receive your new go!passes for the 2011-2012 season (good from November 1, 2011-October 31, 2012).
How to Renew Your Go!passes
- Read the go!pass Employer Handbook and sign the Agreement at the back of the Handbook. An owner or manager at your organization or business should read the go!pass Employer Manual that was sent to you in the mail from getDowntown.
- Fill out the 2011-2012 go!pass Order Form, including all of the requested documents.
- Include Payment With Your Renewal Order. You may pay for your go!passes by check (payable to the getDowntown Program), cash, credit card or Paypal. To pay for your passes online using a credit card or Paypal, click here.
- Return the Employer Handbook Agreement, Order Form and other requested documents to getDowntown by mail, email, fax or in person by the September 25, 2011. PLEASE NOTE: we located at 518 E. Washington, between Division and State, across from the First United Methodist Church. Our entrance is on the side of the building.
- If you return your order by September 25, 2011, you will receive your new go!passes during the first three weeks in October so that you may get them before the old ones expire. You do not need to return your old go!passes to us.
- If you return your order after September 25, 2011, we will still process the order but we cannot guarantee you will get your passes before the old ones expire.
