Who we are

• The mission of the Mayor's Bike Ambassadors is to raise awareness of biking and bike commuting in the community through high visibility events and education.

What we do

• Bike Ambassadors help to promote cycling through . . .
  
• Setting up bike valet parking at events

• Leading workshops on cycling topics

• Organizing rides for cyclists interested in promoting cycling as a form of transportation

• Educating others on the benefits of cycling

• Assisting beginning cyclists in commuting by bike through a Bike Guide program
  
  
• Attending events that encourage cycling

• Hanging out and having fun!

Time Commitment

• Bike Ambassadors commit to volunteering at three events during the year
