Rent-a-Bike Locker

If you commute to work in downtown Ann Arbor and need safe, convenient bike parking, consider renting a bike locker.

Bike lockers are available for downtown area commuters and are a great option for those looking for extra security for their bike.

Policies

The getDowntown Locker Rental Program provides bike commuters the opportunity to rent lockers at various locations throughout downtown. The bicycle lockers provided by the program are for commuting purposes only, not for bicycle storage. In order to rent a bicycle locker from the getDowntown program, you must be employed in the downtown Ann Arbor area.

Bike locker renters include architects, IT professionals, City of Ann Arbor employees and more.

Pricing

Bike Lockers are rented for year-long terms, starting April 1 and ending March 31. The fee for renting is $60 per year. If you begin renting after April, your rental fee is pro-rated by month. For example, if you rent from June – March, your rental charge will be $50. Month to month rentals are not available.
